Liverpool Residential

Derwentwater have had a fabulous few days in Liverpool. Our first stop was Liverpool Cathedral where we had a whistle stop tour of the magnificent building and learnt all about it's history. We then went to the British Music Experience, where the children enjoyed picking out outfits they'd like to see the teachers in as well as learning different dance styles and musical instruments. After that we went to Ninja Warrior with the sole purpose of tiring them out! We then had an opportunity to explore our accommodation, grab some tea and head out to Hollywood Bowl for a fun night of bowling before bed. In the morning we packed up, had breakfast and walked along the docks before grabbing the ferry along the Mersey. Our final stop was the World Museum, a fascinating and wonderful opportunity to look at Egyptian mummies, dinosaur bones and a workshop on Greek mythical creatures. It was then back to the bus after a superb two days making lots of memories and having tons of fun together.
